New H.264+ features (dynamic quantization and GOP adjustments) reduced bitrates in both full light and dark scenes significantly. Highest low light bitrates of cameras tested using default settings (~28Q, 10 FPS H.264), more than double the Axis Q1615 and 10x the Uniview IPC542E-DU.
